Job description:
The candidate will be an energetic and reliable professional hired to join our remote call center, team. You are on the front line of our company, customers will engage based on quality service provided. The successful candidates will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls, utilizing company policies to solve customer issues and directing calls to the managerial team when necessary. Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word is required.

- High school or equivalent
